By signing this document, Participant acknowledges that if anyone is hurt, or property is damaged during participation in this activity a court of law may find me to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against ProSwings. I acknowledge and fully understand that my child, will be engaging in activities that may involve risk of serious injury which might result not only from my own actions, inactions, or negligence, but from the actions, inactions, or negligence of others or the conditions of the premises or of any equipment used. Further, that there may be other risks not known or not reasonably foreseeable at this time. The risks may include, but are not limited to: nature of the activity, latent or apparent defects of conditions in equipment or property supplied by ProSwings or other entity; acts of other participants in this activity, employees or agents of ProSwings; my own physical condition, acts or omissions; conditions of the ProSwings facility and surrounding grounds or terrain and accidents connected with their use; first aid emergency treatment or other services. Participant acknowledges that ProSwings may photograph and or video the Participant in action for purposes of instruction and use on ProSwings website and social media online forums.

Participant acknowledges that hired on photographers and videographers will be on site and if you are not comfortable with this you should refrain from attending the event or camp.

CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY - NO REFUNDS (CREDIT ONLY)

As long as you communicate at least 7 days prior to camp, we will honor future credit (in the amount of the camp cost) to attend any camps or clinics with ProSwings. There will be no refunds or credit given if you cancel the week of an event. DISCLAIMER: ProSwings reserves the right to refuse services to anyone whose presence we believe to be distracting to the well being, to the safety, or to the welfare of other clients, staff or the business.
